Step 1 — verify beneficiary & prepare bank transfer

/v1/pesalink/bank-transfer/verify

Verifies the destination bank account with the receiving bank, reserves the company float (amount + fee) and creates a pending transfer. Returns a transactionId used in step 2 to complete the transfer. Requires a company Bearer access token.
